LOCATION: Millbrook and foreat trail to 3900 block of millbrook San angelo, Tx 76904

COMMENTS: A small dog, probably chihuahua, mostly black, was 1st seen around forest trail and millbrook. When I saw the dog it was at the intersection of southwest and millbrook. It crossed southwest and went to the 3900 block of millbrook. When I stopped to see if i could get it, it took off heading toward the cul-de-sac end of the 3900 block of millbrook. I did not see where it went from there, but it's running fast and scared. I hope the owner finds their baby. Unfortunately, I was not able to get a picture.
