We live on base in the Concho Pearl neighborhood. He is a dark grey tabby. He is wearing a harness with a tag if you see him and can catch him. The tag has his name and both mine and my husband's phone numbers on one side and "I'm an inside cat, if I'm outside I'm lost" on the other. He has never been an outside cat and is very people shy.
