COMMENTS: I was driving on Arden Road this afternoon about 1:30. I had come off the loop, turned onto Armenian Road and saw the dog close to the brick/rock business.
I saw the dog walking on the side of the highway heading in the direction toward town (Jim Bass)
He/she had a green collar with tags. Solid black coat .. about the size of a smaller German Shepherd.
