COMMENTS: This dog will not leave heat just keeps circling the block. Poor thing hides near my water spicket that drips outside. Cannot get close enough but I dnt think he has tags just a collar he is skinny. He doesn't seem vicious more scared than anything. He's skinny. Please someone come forth.
