COMMENTS: Two dogs were seen roaming Harvard Ave heading west the morning of 7/20 at around 8:00-9:00 am.
White and spotted pitbull (had pups recently) was friendly and roaming with a smaller brown & white dog with big ears. The brown dog kept its distance. I was able to give the pitbull some water before they took off again. These dogs are not secure. Neither had collars.
